About: Migrating and Upgrade of Oracle Database on source mixed version on x86 servers to Oracle Cloud Infraestructure Exadata Services and OCI Instances for non critical databases. Main production database was migrated and upgraded using physical standby. The database was converted to a multitenant environment. The main production services are running in Sao Paulo and the Disaster Recovery in Ashburn. Audit Vault and Database Firewall was also deployed and configured for collecting audit data from production databases and filtering connection through firewall. This was the biggest OCI implementation and migration in South America in Finantial Services Area.

About: Design, deploy and implement Oracle Cloud Infraestructure for Applications, Database and Container Services. This project involves, migrating and upgrading from OnPrem Oda X6 in mixed version databases to OCI database Services 19c. The migration and upgrade process was chosen based on the source services, datapump, rman, dataguard and Zero Downtime Migration with logical standby was used for migrating the databases to OCI. Applications and Container Services was deployed and the customer was in charge of migrated their own services/apps.

About: Migrating and Upgrade of Oracle Database from source Oracle 12.1 hosted on ODA x8 to Oracle 19c hosted on Exadata X9. I was in charge of deploying and implement Oracle Exadata in conjuction with Oracle ACS services, after exadata deployment my main task was to migrate and upgrade production databases. The process for migrating and upgrading databases on Exadata was Physical Standby convertion. This project includes two Exadata X9 for production and Standby Services. Exadata was deployed in virtualized environment with initially one cluster for transactional database and then other cluster for datawarehouse in the future.

About: Migrating and Upgrade of Oracle Database 11g Standard Edition on Oda X7 to Oracle Database 19c Standard Edition on ODA X8 This migration and upgrade was made using oracle datapump API. This project also contemplates database redesign changing application schemas to their own tablespaces for data and indexes as a base for migrating to multitenant environment.

I was in charge of the full process of engineering, designing and implementing new Exadata Appliances in conjuction with Oracle Services. I designed the miration process using all available tecnologies like datapump, rman, dataguard for avoiding database services downtime. We migrated from 8 X8 Exadatas to 6 X9 Exadatas.

About: Oracle Database Migration and upgrade using Oracle Datapump API. I was in charge of modifying and adding procedures to our packages for migrating oracle databases using oracle datapump api. These packages include options to migrate changing columns lengths from byte to chars in order to avoid insert errors on characterset changes. The procedure also contemplate migrating from database link, dumpfiles and incrementally migrations of partitioned tables or tables with defined dates or sequences.

We were in charge of fixing scripting and automating patching and migration of databases to a new architecture from X86 servers to Fujitsu x86 Appliance. This migration and upgrade method minimizes database service downtime.

About: Redesign and redeploy of automatic patching process using perl. The patching process was scheduled to N-1 release patch and the procedure was originally implemented using perl scripts. The redesign was made keeping the language but updating the entire process splitting the process in stacks and functions to make sure any step is executed if another process fails.
